Continental breakfast included, bottomless Tea/Coffee and with a biscuit on arrival. NB:No added service charges. The space Guests are welcome to use all areas down stairs, i.e Lounge area, Smart TV, use of Microwave and Fridge in kitchen and outside Terrace table and chairs. Guest access Guests are welcome to all downstairs living areas, with exception to Laundry and Kitchen, use of these two areas is by arrangement. During your stay I would like your stay to be as pleasant as possible, so welcome any questions about my facilities or offer local knowledge as often or as little as required. Other things to note The Christchurch Bridge Club is a 10 minute walk, as is Pomeroy’s old Brewery Inn, a great place for a drink andu meal. Piko Organic food shop and Cafe (5mins away) is on the corner of Barbadoes and Kilmore St. Across the Road on Kilmore St, is a Mini superette, a Hair salon and Pet shop The beautiful Avon River is just around the corner, enjoy a stroll around the river or even a picnic on the River bank or just sit on the bench seat and reflect. The stroll into the city centre via the vibrant New Regent St for a coffee or cocktail, and onto Cathedral Square or branching off to the Casino, the Botanic Gardens and Museum. 15-20 minute walk to Bus interchange, and Hagley Park from Peterborough St.
