The space Surrounded by skyscrapers with tufts of greenery, this one bedroom apartment ensures a premium spot to soak in all the city has to offer. Step into the thoughtfully designed kitchen with modern cons including a stainless steel oven and range hood, gas cooktop, microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster and kettle, dishwasher and utensils, pots, pans and glassware. The breakfast bar in the kitchen makes the most of the space, with space for two to enjoy a french pressed coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Lounge around in the living room with a 40” Smart TV, two-seater couch and comfortable armchair, perfect for flipping through the pages of a good book. Make your way out the spacious balcony and enjoy some fresh air or watch the sunset. For your comfort, air conditioning is provided in the living room. Please note that bedrooms do not have AC units. The master bedroom with king-sized bed is made with premium bedding and offers plenty of storage with a wardrobe and hangers. The white-tiled ensuite has a rainfall shower head, toilet rolls, floor mat and toiletries to get you through your short trip. For longer stays, make use of the washing machine and dryer inside the apartment. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Our greeting service will be in-touch to organise key handover. Please note that handovers after 9pm will incur additional $15 fee and after midnight an additional $30 fee. If you are running late to meet our greet person please let us know asap. We will need to charge $20 per hour for late arrival to meet our greet person.
