Cozy and clean 2BR house in San Jose

Come to my cozy 2BR home in San Jose in the center of Silicon Valley, a 1000 sq ft unit of a duplex complex. Each of the rooms has a queen size bed and there is a sofa bed that fits additional 2 persons. My house has private parking space, in house washer and dryer, gas stove, coffee machine, all hardwood floor. Smart TV with Netflix and Roku TV in the living room. Security cameras outside the house. The space Trash & Recycling: We kindly ask that you separate your trash for recycling. Blue bins on the driveway are for recyclables, and gray bins are for regular trash. Please ensure trash is well-packed before disposal. Our team handles the bins weekly. Heating: Our home is heated by electric heaters. Each room has wall controls, and the living room features a central heater with a remote. These heaters have always provided ample warmth for our guests. Other things to note NOTE: For someone who is big size, the toilet space could be small for you. Please acknowledge that and don’t complain this when writing reviews thanks. So far, I had 4 reviews complaint about that in my 6 years of Airbnb experience. ***PLEASE Note that according to local law, 8% transient occupancy tax will be collected separately on the day of check-in for stays less than 30 days***
