Condo w/ Great View, Location, & Free Parking

Enjoy a great view of the Space Needle at this loft-style studio condo, located in Belltown. Just TWO BLOCKS from the Space Needle, this is a perfect place to explore all of Seattle's go-to sights, including but not limited to Chihuly Glass Museum, EMP Museum, Pike Place, Amazon, South Lake Union, Pacific Science Center, and more. Location is everything and this is a great place to stay to get the full Seattle experience. The space This will be a Walker's Paradise with a Walking Score of 97 and Transit Score of 91. Approximately 10 minutes walking distance to Westlake Center/ Downtown and Olympic Sculpture Park and around 20 minutes walking distance to Pike Place Market, Piers 66-70, and the Seattle Aquarium. Location is perfect for exploring Seattle either by foot or with short Uber rides. Be greeted upon arrival with some local treats and enjoy full access to a naturally lit loft-style condo with an open floor plan with the bedroom upstairs for a little privacy. Enjoy a private balcony with a view of the Space Needle. The loft has a queen-size bed (firm mattress); sofa sleeper (firm and in the living room); Samsung HDTV with HDMI cord and Apple TV so you can stream all your favorite shows; fully-basic equipped kitchen (please inquire if you have specific needs); washer/dryer in unit; free WIFI; parking spot available upon request; and complimentary coffee and tea. Parking spot is best for compact vehicles. Will also have to back into the parking spot. Please inquire about early check-in/late check-out, if needed, prior to booking. If both is required, I will need to request a small additional fee. Other things to note If a parking spot is needed, please note that a separate, additional security deposit for $125 will be requested to cover lost/damaged garage remote and lost parking pass. I will do my best to accommodate any request for early check-in/late check-out. However, it may not always be possible. If both early check-in AND late check-out is going to be accommodated, I will have to ask for an additional $50 fee. Unfortunately I do not have A/C and the condo is located on the top floor of the apartment complex. It will get hot during the summer, but I do have a couple of fans throughout the condo.
