Hi, I'm Enrico and I'm an architect in the restoration field. In 2018, I made a very important decision, namely to live and restore a house in Venice! The apartment I chose is located in an 18th-century building in the heart of Venice, 7 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and 13 minutes from St. Mark's Square. The apartment is divided into two floors separated by a closed staircase: I live on the fourth floor while the two bedrooms and the bathroom dedicated only to guests are located on the third floor. The space The rooms have double beds complete with closets and desks. In the entrance hall, there is a dining area equipped with a fridge and microwave for tea at breakfast or herbal tea at the end of the day. The bathroom will have shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer and towels as well as a washer/dryer. Each room has fans, automated heating, and Wi-Fi internet. During your stay The two floors of the apartment are independent of each other except for the common entrance. The bathroom is guaranteed to be private as, at the time of your confirmation, the possibility for other users to book for the same dates is automatically excluded.
