Beutiful two-story stone house near the sea overlooking the old town of Kotor.My place is close to coast of Boka bay, port of Kotor, 15mins walk from old town, San Giovani fortress, Hospital, Police station, Post office, near the beggining of the hiking track Vrmac, 50m to the beach, bakery, restaurants, market, shops, pharmacy shop... You’ll love my place because of my lovely balcony and the view, private park, the ambiance, the comfy bed, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, and the light. The space The house consists of two apartments with nice rooms, living rooms with a bed, kitchens and bathrooms. The house is fully equipped. A beautiful place for your holiday. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian path for the Vrmac hill and is suitable for mountaineers and recreation. Around the house is a private park where you can enjoy the shade, the silence and the twitter of birds. Other things to note I my guests to destinations they want for a certain fee.
