The ideal place to spend a peaceful stay with your loved one or with friends. FREE INDOOR PARK PLACE The space - Features appreciated by my travelers - - In the heart of Nice, close to many shops and places of interest. - Located in a lively and easily accessible residence. - Fully equipped, sheets, towels (one bath sheet and one towel are provided per person), vanity kits will be provided. - The studio is equipped with central heating. - Other characteristics to consider - - The apartment is located at the top of a steep hill. - The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator. - You will have a set of keys at your disposal. - The housing - You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, equipment and functionality. The studio can accommodate up to 2 people. For a perfect stay, you will have at your disposal: - Living room: sofa bed for 2 people, coffee table, TV, storage space. - Kitchen area: fridge, hotplates, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils. - Modern bathroom: shower cubicle, sink, storage unit, mirror, towel rail, hair dryer, toilet. You can also enjoy an outdoor area equipped with: - Balcony with outdoor table and chairs. - Common swimming pool within the residence. - Tennis and petanque court. - Playground for children. Guest access You will have access to the entire flat. In addition you have access to the swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis and restaurant Other things to note Check-in time is to be set at least 24hrs previous arrival. Late check-in (upon availability) will be charged 25€ extra (from 9pm to 12pm). We ask our guests to clean all kitchen utensils and plates used during their stay, if not we will apply a 30€ charge on the deposit.
