We supply starter coffee ( coffee bar), toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. It's a short drive to both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. There are smart tvs and internet in every room. This condo is just across the street from OWA and Tropic Falls and close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. There is a king in the master, 2 twins in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. First floor unit. The living room has a couch, loveseat, and comfy chair. It has a beautiful pool with waterfall, a kiddie pool, plenty of seating and a shaded area. Every restaurant you would want is nearby, 5 min drive to OWA amusement park, across Hwy 59 from the Outlet Mall, 10 min to the Wharf and 20 min to beaches ! Foley is popular because it’s close to everything but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the beach crowds. You will feel right at home in this spacious, cozy condo. Guest access We provide a full-size washer and dryer, screened in patio with a view of the peaceful pool. You can hear the relaxing waterfall while you have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. You can park two cars in front of the condo, and after that, there is extra space in the back for additional vehicles . The kitchen is fully stocked with a full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, and plenty of cookware. There is a keurig and a regular coffee maker. Other things to note *Non-smoking unit, this includes cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. The pool closes at 9 pm . You will need to remember your door code to lock and unlock the door. No unregistered guests will be allowed at the pool please ! There are 2 beach chairs provided in the hall bedroom closet and beach towels in the hall bath. Please shake off and return them if you use them at the beach.
