You will feel the atmosphere of what it is like to live in the historic center of Lisbon, and in a short time and on foot, you will reach all the attractions. At the end of the day, I advise you to go up to the rooftop of the building and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The apartment is located in the Graça neighborhood, one of the most Portuguese neighborhoods in Lisbon and where there are breathtaking viewpoints! Its location will allow you to reach several attractions (Alfama, Castle, Pantheon, river) on foot and in a few minutes. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (NO ELEVATOR). It consists of a bedroom with a 140x200 cm double bed, a wardrobe with plenty of storage and a window with wooden shutters. Fully equipped bathroom with towels, hairdryer and all necessary hygiene products. Living room with sofa bed for 1 person and Smart TV. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and all the basic utensils to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy Wi-Fi with a fast and stable connection for all your work or leisure needs. There is a small SHARED balcony with a breathtaking view over the Pantheon and the River on the rooftop of the building, where you can enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day! It is the only place in the apartment and building where you have a direct view of the Tagus River. 🗺️ Historical and Iconic Location Located between Alfama and Graça, on the emblematic Rua da Verónica, a quiet street but full of Lisbon charm. A stone's throw from the National Pantheon, the Church of São Vicente de Fora and the famous Feira da Ladra. Set in an area of narrow streets, old houses, staircases and alleys overlooking the Tagus River — perfect for those looking for a true Lisbon experience. 🌇 Viewpoints and Incredible Views Within walking distance of some of Lisbon's best viewpoints, such as: Miradouro da Graça Senhora do Monte Viewpoint Santa Clara Viewpoint Great for photos, sunset or just relaxing with a breathtaking view over the rooftops and the Tagus River. 🎶 Fado and Tradition Surrounded by traditional fado houses, where you can listen to live music while tasting typical dishes. The Alfama area is the birthplace of fado and keeps this cultural heritage alive, making it a point of great interest for those visiting Lisbon for the first time. 🛍️ Local Commerce and Neighborhood Environment Close to traditional grocery stores, bakeries, local cafes, and family restaurants. Just minutes from Feira da Ladra (on Tuesdays and Saturdays), the city's most famous street market — great for discovering vintage pieces and antiques. Guest access The apartment is in a building that is mine. This allows you to leave your luggage at the entrance of the building after check-out. The small balcony on the top floor is for the use of all guests in the building. It is forbidden to make noise after 11 p.m. that may disturb the other residents, as well as disrespecting the building's common areas. Parties or events are strictly prohibited. The apartment is for total and exclusive use of the guests. The apartment has everything you need (Towels, sheets, gel shower, shampoo) Other things to note There are two Lisbon guides in the apartment for your use a dossier with various useful information. The early check in or late check out, whenever possible, will be allowed, and may leave the luggage in the entrance hall of the building. For stays longer than 7 days, I will provide a cleaning with change of bed sheets and bath towels. The high chair and crib will have to be requested and availability checked. Portable heater and fan. Apartamento is at 1ºandar (NO ELEVATOR). The only place in the apartment and building where it has a direct view of the Tagus River is from the small balcony on the rooftop of the building. The sofa bed will only be prepared above 2 guests. If you want the sofa bed to be prepared, you must be requested at the time of booking. The apartments located in the historic center may occasionally have a smell of pipes due to the antiquity of the sewage system of the city of Lisbon, which has the system interconnected with the Tagus River. Depending on the tides of the Tagus River, the smell of cables can rise through the pipes of the houses. If you walk by the river at those times, you'll get the same smell. There is no permanent solution because it does not depend on us but on the city to modernize the entire system. But we have been discovering little tricks that help minimize this situation.
