The house is old but reconstructed in the years 2002-2008. It has architectural value since it has been preserved without damage because reconstruction interventions are done with care. The house is undependable and has two rooms on the ground floor one of which has and wood-fired chimney and a small bathroom.The distance from the towns of Shkodra and Lezha is about 23 km. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom that offers all the services. The space It is the only old house that has been preserved in an original way with little touches, it is a quiet place with as little noise as possible, surrounded by trees and flowers, and during the warm season turtles roam freely in front of and around the house, near a museum complex, the mountain and the river. Guest access Guests can travel around the stone wall, but also behind the house and back. You can also go on a mountain where there are some interesting places to see. The "Ndre Mjeda" Museum Complex is about 150 m away. Each of our guests will be presented to you and explained the places where they can access. Other things to note As you can see in the photo, the entrance to the courtyard is through a door with stone blocks. The garden is paved in stone. On the first side on the right there is a warehouse which cannot be accessed. Before taking the steps there is a door where you enter the ground floor kitchen and bathroom which has all the facilities complete with hot water through a gas heater which produces instant hot water. The kitchenette with a gas stove. In the event of a power cut, there is an emergency light in the kitchen which should last approximately two hours. There are also two security cameras, one that looks from where you park your car and the other behind the house. At the front of the house, a light on the ground floor and another on the first floor turn on every night and turn off in the morning. A wooden window has another glass as well as the surface of the window to protect it from atmospheric influences. In this room in front of the entrance door there is a small bathroom which is mainly used for the night. The fireplace room is heated with wood and also with air conditioning. The television is positioned inside the walls in front of the fireplace. Here there is also an old wall shelf with some souvenirs of dictatorship books etc. The house seems old but in reality it is rebuilt with a reinforced concrete roof and thermal insulating and waterproofing material. The structure is safe after being rebuilt in 2010. There is water for services 24 hours a day. The water comes from the subsoil of our land.
