Beautifully decorated 1100 Sq. FT condo. Washer/ dryer in unit. Located on the 8th floor in the Terrace Building with an awesome view of the Gulf. Located in the Heart of Destin close to shopping and Restaurants. Complex has 2 outdoor pools 1 indoor pool and Chans Deli. The space We just upgraded the Kitchen with new cabinets and Granite. This year we plan on upgrading the bathrooms. Our condo is on the 8th floor with beautiful views of the gulf from the master bedroom and the balcony. Guest access Guests will get a door code to get into the condo. They will need to go to the front desk in the front building to get a parking pass. Elevators will take you to the 8th floor. Other things to note Our condo is consider beach side which means that you have a short walk across our parking lot to the beach. No streets to cross. It only takes about 3 minutes to get to the sand! Note: During June 1st through the middle of August we rent 7 night minimum stays only. Sat- Sat.
