Not far from Gallipoli and its wonderful bay, always remaining in the peace and tranquility of the countryside. The space The property consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an outdoor shower, a kitchen, and a dining room. Garden with barbecue, table and chairs for lunches and dinners under a gazebo and parking space. Equipped with TV, washing machine, mosquito nets, iron, air conditioning and kitchen utensils. Guest access 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 outdoor shower, 1 living room, spacious garden with barbecue, private parking space. Other things to note The accommodation tax that is paid from June to September is not included in the price. In June and September it is €0.50 per day. For the months of July and August, it is €1.00 for a maximum of 7 days. Children up to the age of 16 are exempt.
