Downtown with A/C . Ιdeal for your vacation and for remote working. With private garden & parking, easy access to the beaches and all daily needs in walking distance. Epanomi has 40km of beautiful beaches about 3-5km at a distance from the house. In summer the area is a resort and has a vivid night life with wonderful fish taverns, tasty food with local wine, bars, beach bars and cafes. There is good public transport to Thessaloniki and the sea. Chalkidiki is also close for a day trip. The space The house has air conditioning , heating for the winter at an extra charge, 2 entrance doors, 3 bedrooms two with a double bed and one with two single, a living room, a hall , a bathroom with a bathtub and hot water. There is a desk in "room 1" with ethernet & Wi-Fi throughout the house where we can add an office chair if you want to work from our house. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and supplies. The kitchen has a table large enough for meals of up to 6 people . There is also a washing machine. Finally, the house has a balcony with chairs & a table and a private garden with a carport, chairs and a table, and an outdoor shower for after the sea. Guest access During your stay there are no other people in the house besides you. The rooms of the house are available according to the number of guests. In case of a monthly stay, all areas of the house are available. If there is a need or a serious reason you can of course use more rooms, but please inform us beforehand. Other things to note If you have any questions regarding the rooms or if there is anything I need to take care before your arrival, please let me know. Animals and smoking are strictly forbidden inside. We love animals and we are happy that our guests have them with them, but due to allergies they have to stay at the yard or at the balcony.
