Lots of amazing restaurants and pubs in the area for your enjoyment and entertainment. There is a gym, salt water pool and sauna on the 4th floor and 24 hour security; a secured parking garage with a spot for guests to park free; and there is additional paid public parking in the underground. This penthouse has an incredible view of Uptown, Midtown and Downtown Toronto. You will enjoy the sunrise and the sunset from a huge balcony. It is incredible! The area is quite lively and have lots of wonderful amenities for your enjoyment. There is a Loblaws and an LCBO in the building for your convenience. You will have access to the full apartment, the well-stocked kitchen and the closet. Remember, you will be at ‘home away from home🌻 I can assist you during your stay if you require information. This is Free; but I need to know that you will need the parking please. There is everything you can imagine in this mid town area (yonge and Eglinton). Great restaurants, live comedy shows, movie theatre, beautiful cafes, and there is a Loblaws grocery store and Liquor store in the building. You can access it directly from the underground (P1) level. Very trendy neighbourhood and you will not be bored. The TTC is right outside the door and the subway is two minutes west of the building (walking). You can get to lots of restaurants and bars on foot. Great cafes, shopping centre and movie theatre within a five minute walk west of the building. This is a Condo and there are shared amenities in the building. To this end, if you chose to use the gym, pool, steamroom or sauna please do so at your own risk/responsibility. They are all located on the 4th floor and open from 5 am to midnight. The gym closes for cleaning between 2pm-3pm. You will need the key fob to access these areas. No parties are allowed in my home and you must agree to limit loud noises or sounds. There are other residents who are sensitive to loud noises.
