Its distinguishing feature is the functional SPA zone consisting of a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The building is located right next to the Motława River, just 5 minutes on foot from the Old Town. Guest access The apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people, but the fullness of comfort will feel the couple in it. Swimming pool, underground parking, air conditioning and location are not all the positives. The roof terrace, which is several meters high, is also of great value. An amazing view of the Old Town and its surroundings spreads from it. This place is also an ideal tanning zone. The height of the building means that being there we are much closer to the sun.
