Guests have exclusive access to the apartment (140 sqm / 1509 sqft), and access to community rooftop pool, gym and sauna. The space The unit is located on the third floor of the building with an access to a rooftop swimming pool with impressive views to Barcelona. The unit can be accessed with 2 elevators and stairs from the building entrance. The living room is very big with a large social area with sofas and armchairs and a dining area. Large windows allow plenty of sunlight in while giving total tranquility as the apartment is facing the inner yard that is very quiet. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms. Master bedroom with a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. 2 other bedrooms with single beds (90x200cms) that can be converted into doubles (sliding lower bed). These 2 bedrooms share another full bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay with high quality home appliances, including dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, oven. Guest access Entire apartment, roof-top pool, gym, sauna Other things to note IMPORTANT - The following amounts aren't included in the rental price and will be charged upon arrival into the property: UTILITY FEES: An extra 300€ per month will be charged to cover utility fees (water, electricity, wifi). Should the bills sum up to a higher amount, the tenant will be asked to pay the difference. AGENCY COMMISSION: 250€ per month COMMUNITY FEES: 400€ per month MUNICIPALITY TAX: 150€ per month LATE CHECK-IN: For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: 40€ For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: 60€. EARLY CHECK-IN: (before 3pm) Subject to availability and there is a 40€ early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm). A rental contract will be signed between the guest and the owner that highlights the booking details as well as the property and building rules.
