The apartment is completely new,made in june 2019.Brand new and tastefully furnished, with attention to details, modern colours, designer lighting and high quality accessories this apartment is perfect for couples or families looking for a functional and high standard accommodation ,as well as for group of friends enjoying the cozy and charming space. The space The outdoor pool and private parking spot sre always appreciated by our guests. The stylish apartment is approximately 45 m2 and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It is found on the first floor of a new building. All rooms of the apartment have Air Conditioning and heating and free WiFi high-speed. In addition, there is flat screen TV with international channels and a safety box. The cosy living room consists of a double sofa bed, LCD TV, and a dining area with table and chairs. From here there is access to the well equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, oven and cooking utensils. Behind the screen you will find the bedroom area with a double bed and a very large closet. Last but not least, there is a spacious bathroom with huge shower. The towels, beach towels ,sheets ,toiletries and a hairdryer are included. In addition, each apartment has a small balcony with table and chairs overlooking the quiet courtyard. The good location will allow you to easily walk to the Old Town and the sea.The Old Town is just 15 min walking from the apartment while the sea area is just 4 minutes away. This part of the town is centric, safe and quiet and at the same time active and attractive .It is near the Kotor sea walking path where numerious bars and restaurants are situated. Guest access Private parking is provided. Free use of outdoor pool, sun loungers, towels and sunshades. Other things to note Apartment is suitable for 2 persons (max. 4). There is possibility of an extra bed (sofa) that can be made for 2 more guests additional charge (from 5 years - 10,00€ per person per night). Children between 2-5 years old - free of charge (IF they share double bed with adults) Free use of a baby crib (up to 2 years old).
