With pool and garaje - beach at 5min

This bright and cosy 70m2 flat is located in the housing estate Club Sevilla II in Oliva Nova, about 1 hour drive from Valencia. Beach 5' drive (or 15' walk), with golf course and equestrian centre in the complex. We are also only 5' drive from the Oliva Nova Equestrian Centre where international jumping competitions show with riders from all over the world take place twice a year! For 6 guests, here you will have all the comforts to enjoy the Costa de Valencia. The space The house is on the ground floor and as you can see in the photos it consists of the following spaces: - A living-dining room with a chaise longue sofa, dining extending table and TV. - Full kitchen open to the living room. - 1 bedroom with a 135cm double bed with viscoelastic mattress, built-in wardrobe and a ensuite bathroom with shower. - 2 bedrooms; both with 2 single beds of 90cm and fitted wardrobes. - 1 full bathroom with bathtub. ***The bidet is out of order, it can NOT be used. We apologise for the inconvenience. Access to the community garden with newly renovated pool (February 2023) and equipped terrace to enjoy the common areas with the neighborhood. You will have a private outdoor parking space; right in front of the entrance to the apartment. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. WIFI connection through router by antenna. Air conditioning and heating with a Split-type device in the living room (hot/cold pump) In addition, there are small heaters installed on the wall in the 2 bathrooms. The hot water works through an 80L electric water tank: it is important to know that if the hot water runs out, you just have to wait for the tank to fill up again. Access to the pool is allowed throughout the year from 07:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Legal registration of travellers in accordance with Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021. For legal reasons, we require the identification details of all travellers. This will only be requested for confirmed bookings, a few days before arrival, via an online registration form.
