For stay above 28 nights, deposit will be RM1,000 and electricity is capped at RM200. Electricty exceeding RM200, will be borne by guests. (Our staff will show you digital usage). Note: For non-Malaysian tourists, there is an RM10 tourism tax imposed by the Malaysian government which we will collect via Airbnb post booking (please note we can't include it in the price upfront as Malaysians do not have to pay this tax).
