Silence is requested during night rest hours from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The tenant is responsible for throwing away their garbage, it must be taken out after 8pm when the bin is on the street (never inside the building) The tenant must leave the apartment in acceptable conditions and with the kitchen utensils clean and free of food remains. Two copies of keys are provided, the loss will be 40 euros for each set of keys not returned. The keys must never be left in the lock, the cost of the locksmith will be assumed by the guest. The entry time to the apartment is from 3:00 p.m. and may be in person or with a safe deposit box depending on the arrival time. Check out time is 11:00. Possibility of extending departure time (late check out) upon demand and availability. Failure to comply with the rules of coexistence and especially everything related to the rest of the neighbors will imply a withholding of the deposit of 100 euros.
