You will LOVE our location! You will enjoy the best views of Rome just a few minutes from our apartment. A super-quiet, tree-lined street on the Gianicolo Hill! Nearby is the American Academy, the Vatican, and one of Rome's largest parks. And the comfort! 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small office, den, new kitchen, living room, plus 2 terraces and a balcony. Each room is filled with light and views of trees. Experience a true Roman lifestyle - open air market just around the corner! The space A beautiful sunny apartment with 2 terraces and a balcony! Located in a beautiful palazzo on a quiet, lovely street filled with other stately villas. There are many rooms giving you several places to rest after a long day of discovering Rome: foyer, living room, office with large screen Mac computer, den with a sofa bed and outdoor space. There are 2 full size bathrooms both with showers and one with a large bathtub. The kitchen is new with a full-size refrigerator and is equipped with all you need to cook a homemade Italian dinner. The air conditioners are new as well as the 2 hot water heaters giving each bathroom it's own hot water heater -- you will not run out of hot water! The linens are a very good quality. You will have use of a large-screen Apple computer as a guest user. There is a phone for the door bell. The building is very secure as you have 2 locked doors to enter the building. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Our driver can pick you up at your arrival point into Rome. He will bring you directly to the apartment. Just let me know and I will arrange your pick-up!
