The property has three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom in the room - a small kitchen with a round table - two induction hobs - a dishwasher - a microwave oven - a coffee machine - a refrigerator - an ice machine The space The garden is the secret place of the house, enveloping and surrounding it with infinitely colorful and deliciously fragrant privacy. A haven of peace and intimacy where attention to detail and services are managed in order to make your stay special and comfortable. In our bedrooms you can find the freshness of fragrant bedding, pure cotton sheets, the warmth of soft hypoallergenic duvets, and enveloping memory-foam pillows. Weekly change of sheets and towels or at the customer's request every 4 days with a surcharge of €10.00 per room. Paid pool towel €7.00 Daily Accommodation Tax per person to be applied only for 5 nights €1.80 per day to be paid at the property The swimming pool is scheduled to open on May 15, weather permitting, and will remain open until the end of September. Guest access The large garden and pool are shared spaces with the family. Three covered parking spaces right in the garden Other things to note The tourist tax is excluded according to current municipal regulations to be calculated per person per night for five days to be paid on site (January 2025 update of €1.80) While respecting the environment and for a general energy saving, remember to always turn off the lights when you don't use them.
