A cozy, comfortable 2 interconnected rooms with two double beds in each room ideal for group travelers and single families and also a group of friends trying to find some leisure time in a big, beautiful house with a terrace and Balcony space, good for nature lovers and admirers .The place is located at the best possible location in Nainital about 500 meters away from the bus station/lake and is one of the nearest homestays in Nainital. The space • A clean, comfortable, private living space with a separate entrance. • 2 interconnected rooms with a balcony having a view of the mountains and the blissful sunrise, to enjoy your morning cup of tea. • This room has a private attached washroom to the inner room. • Great for a group of friends or a family traveling together. • Extra bed can be provided in the form of a mattress. • Work from home is also a great option as we have proper wi-fi connections and have had guests who have worked from home. • Hot water is available at all times in the room. • Nutritious homemade food. • Solitude but with easy access to the road, parking facilities and all the lakeside charms like boating are just a short stroll away from the Home stay. Guest access Guest can access the in house Balcony and the terrace and can also have food in the living room if the wish to. During your stay The host Shabana is always available. She will keep in touch and you can call her anytime and she will be available for help. Other things to note Our place is about 500-600 meters away from the bus station/lake /mall road and like any hill station there are a few slopes, but it is still a normal walking distance. Taxis do come to our place as well. Other facilities such as extra beds, personalized meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner), etc. are available on request and are charged accordingly. The guests must maintain peace in the home stay and the neighborhood during night and should avoid being too loud after 10:00 pm. They can definitely enjoy in their rooms or in the balcony without disturbing other guests or neighbors. Parking Information: We had to recently stop the facility of free parking which which was a free street parking which was around 200 meters away from the homestay due to orders of the high court. So no more free street parking available. There is an option of paid parking which is right next to the homestay and the people who own it charge rupees 200 per night. We do want to let our guests know that car route is slightly different than the walking one and it has a steep slope and a sharp turn together and will have to drive through it. It is up to the guests whether they want to take their car up to the parking next to the homestay or just park it in the parking lot next to the bus station when they reach Nainital. We always send a person from our place to our guests to assist and guide them to our place, but we do request our guests to please take a coolie if they have heavy luggage.
