The Lil Hacienda is on a quiet street that faces towards the Joshua Tree National Park. It sits on a large corner lot, its very close to local restaurants and family-friendly activities. You’ll love it for the fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, private yard, game room and the views. The place is good for couples, business travelers and families. There's a fee of $45.00 a person after the 6th guest (8 guest maximum). Pet approval is required. The space The Lil Hacienda in the Dez is a nice corner lot home with views towards Joshua Tree National Park.. Its located on a quiet street just a couple minutes away from Joshua Trees local shops, restaurants, park info, yoga, galleries, Train museum and the west entrances to Joshua Tree National Park... Its a comfortably furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath hacienda style home with a fully working kitchen with all the amenities just like home... It has a private back and side yard to relax, play fun games, BBQ and hang out by the fire pit with friends and family. Great safe space for kids and your fury family member... Note: Pets allowed upon approval. 2 pets maximum, there’s a fee of $20.00 a day, per pet. The house is centrally located so your not to far from Pioneertown's Pappy & Harriets, 29 Palms Inn, The Integratron Sound Bath, Vintage shopping in Yucca Valley, Smiths Ranch Drive-In theatre, Palms restaurant and more.... Come decompress in the Dezzzz! Guest access Self Check -in with personalized keypad code for the duration of your stay. Guest have entire access to the house, front, back and side yards and game room.... Other things to note Please review guest guide in white binder to help you get familiar with the house, the does and don'ts... 1) The house is on septic so its important to review the list of things you cant put in the sink and toilets... 2) the house has HVAC system and the NEST thermostat is located in the front hallway area. Its pretty straight forward and user friendly. 3) If you want to unlock the gates just be sure to lock them before you leave... 4) to be respectful of our neighbors its important to lower the noise level by 11pm to 8am.. 5) If your going to use the fire pit make sure to keep the fire ember screen lid on when using it... Please be careful the handle on lid gets hot!! Make sure the fire is never unattended and fire is put our before anyone goes to bed. Please put ashes in black ash can after embers are out.. please make sure lid is on snuggly. 6) Please keep Master Bedroom sliding door closed when a fire is burning in the fire pit. It will help keep the house fr smelling like a camp fire... its a hard smell to get rid of... 7) leave exterior lights on when you leave the property... Registration Details CESTRP-2020-00695
