The space This bi-level home is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The space has tons of natural light! Top floor is 750 sqft and features two bedrooms with queen beds and one full bathroom. Wash cloths are not provided. Nest thermostat allows you to adjust the house temperature easily to your convenience. Newly renovated kitchen featuring brand new appliances - dishwasher, refrigerator and a top of the line Cafe stove. In addition - drip coffee machine (coffee not included), hot water kettle, microwave & toaster. Brand new Maytag washing machine & dryer in the basement. Laundry detergent is not provided. The living room is equipped with a 65” smart TV with Netflix, Amazon & Xfinity streamer! Enjoy the beautiful front porch with your morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine. Have dinners or simply hang out in the quaint backyard in the cool evenings. The basement level is 750 sqft and features one bedroom with a queen bed, an en-suite full bath, a living room with a 42” tv and a kitchenette. Basement ceilings are 7 feet high, therefore you might want to watch your head in some spots if you’re over 6’2. -We like to leave our guests alone (unless you need anything, we are happy to help and show you around!) - No parties - the house is monitored with NoiseAware. Parking is provided on the house driveway and can fit up to two cars (please be careful of the window well to your right when you drive in) Additionally, plenty of street parking right in front of house. Upon checkout, we kindly ask that you leave any trash in the garbage provided, discard any food leftovers from the fridge and around the unit. When you leave, please shut the door behind you, lock it and leave the key back in the lockbox. Back door gate stays open.
