The building is located in the top neighborhood in Riga with a lot of shopping, cafe, restaurant options nearby. The entrance is from Dzirnavu Street. The space The house was built in 1910 and designed by famous Latvian architect Jānis Alksnis. The architecture of Jānis Alksnis is closely linked to the vertical Art Nouveau of Riga, but the stylistics of this building was also influenced by the national romanticism, prominent at that time. The house was fully renovated in May 2019. Other things to note - No smoking inside the apartment. - No parties or events. - Please respect the quiet hours and avoid excessive noise. - Kindly leave the space tidy and take all personal belongings when you depart. - If something gets damaged, please inform the host immediately.
