A beautiful and modern first floor (9 steps) apartment tucked away on a quiet residential street just 350 meters from the Colosseum. The apartment is stylishly furnished with great care and is fully equipped with all the amenities, A/C, Wi-Fi, full kitchen, and more. Centrally located near cafes, restaurants, shops, and our local park Villa Celimontana. It is a short walk from the metro B line "Colosseo" and many public transport lines, so, easy to see the rest of Rome by foot. The space The apartment is a perfect hideaway for a couple or friends alike looking for a quick get away. This apartment is sitting on a quiet street you would not notice it was so close to the Colosseum. It is modern and tastefully furnished with artisanal furniture and minimal decor. It has an open living/dining/kitchen area where the entrance to the bedroom with ensuite bathroom is found. It is a comfortable space that was thoughtfully planned for two. Guest access This entire apartment is reserved exclusively for our guests. Other things to note We greet our guests personally for check-in at the apartment address. Guests can opt for a self check-in with a locker key along with a video on how and where the key can be retrieved (No additional fee) A late arrival fee of €30 for check-ins from 9:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. A late arrival fee of €50 for check-ins from midnight onwards. Upon arrival, guests are required by Italian law to show their passports or IDs for European residents. We personally greet our guest for check-in at the apartment address.
