Beautiful historic renovated home 1 block from downtown town Walla Walla, wine tasting rooms, farmers market, the Marcus Whitman Hotel, delicious eateries, local transportation and more. Great location for those traveling to wine country or just wanting to get away and relax or visit Whitman College. Whitman is one block from the property. The space This historic home is located in Downtown Walla Walla. All individual apartment style units in large Victorian home. There are 4 units in the house. All units are separate individual apartments ! Not shared. This is unit #4, one of 2 UPSTAIRS units. The entry is accessed from the main door of the house and proceed upstairs. The front door entrance is a shared entrance into the house for unit 3 & 4. But the units are private ! There is a bedroom with a king bed. There is a dining area and a seating area. There is a kitchen, fitted with a stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes and utensils. There is a bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Bed and bath linens are provided. Please note the whole house has air conditioning and the unit also has an individual air conditioning unit in the living room. There is a fan available for the bedroom. ** UPDATE - in the spring/summer there is a Midea window AC in the bedroom, as well. For your comfort, the bedroom is equipped with a white noise machine to help you sleep soundly. Complimentary ear plugs are also provided in the bedside drawers for light sleepers There is a queen air mattress available to use in the living room. Please note, THIS UNIT IS BETTER SUITED FOR 2 PEOPLE, as it is small, but can squeeze 4 if it’s a must. There is a TV with Roku Express. There are some free channels, but you will need to bring your own passwords for subscription channels like Netflix, HBO. There is a shared outdoor patio area. Bed and bath linens are provided. There is a huge driveway with plenty of space to park your vehicle/vehicles. There is an outdoor security camera on the storage garage that faces the driveway. There is a camera facing trash cans/the dental office next door. The property is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and over 30 wine tasting rooms and wineries. Walla Walla Regional Airport is 5 km away. Whitman College is less than a 5-minute walk from the property. Guest access Security Code Entry to access keys to your unit.
