This comfortable villa has 2 bedroom on ground floor, each with a king-sized bed, large wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom, equipped with rain showers and Sri Lankan teak fixtures. One room has a pull out single. The third bedroom, upstairs has twin beds that can make a double and adjacent bathroom. A large balcony looks over teh ocean. There is a compact sleeping area accessed by a stairway and has a queen size bed. This room shares the bathrooms and storage of the downstairs rooms. The villa is equipped with an 8m pool, wifi, daily breakfast and full-time staff to make your stay truly relaxing. The beachfront home is ideal for a family or friends looking for an absolute beach getaway. With its location and feel, it offers a truly memorable vacation! Prices quoted for 4 person stay, additional guests can be accommodated for USD 60 per night. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire villa that comes with a private pool and garden. Other things to note We have a generator that provides cover for the entire house as needed. Please note during ongoing economic issues across Sri Lanka all best endeavours are utilised at all times to provide diesel but this can’t be guaranteed. Parking is available on site, for large vehicles there is off road parking nearby.
