I am renting a room with bathroom, kitchen not for use. Breakfast is included but you can have it in my hotel near 100 mt hotel Stella d'oro.. The house is located in the center of Villasimius where in the evening you can walk along the main street and find bars, restaurants and shops. We are a short walk from the bus stop that leads to the different beaches. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. The room is on the second floor, is equipped with an external private bathroom, TV and air conditioning, safe and hairdryer. For those arriving by car, we do not have private parking but there are free parking lots nearby. We will be present upon your arrival, for any information we can hear from you by phone, message and email. Bed linens and towels are changed every 3 days, as is the cleaning of the room. Other things to note The rate does not include the tourist tax of €1 per person per day as established by the Municipality of Villasimius. The tax must be paid upon arrival in cash.
