Stay in our home in the coveted Green Valley Ranch. Only minutes from Whole Foods, Starbucks & Green Valley Ranch Casino, Resort & Spa. Our home is perfect for students, business professionals & contractors who are relocating or need a flexible Month-to-Month stay, most stay 3+ mo. We offer blazing fast internet (200+ ⬆️/20+ ⬇️) & the comfort of your home away from home. Enjoy trails, golfing, movies, have fun on the town, watch a show, try your luck at a casino, or go out for a spa day. The space We're located in a Beautiful Home in Green Valley Ranch. This room includes a real Memory Foam Queen-sized bed, closet, small dresser to put clothes in, and desk. The room is downstairs and has a detached bathroom. This is an excellent spot for Students, contractors, and local employees working here short term or looking to move and needing a space to stay. Most of our guests have stayed for more than three (3) months. Our longest stay has been over 4 full years - through Airbnb. Long term stay discounts are automatically added by Airbnb. If you are a Student, Military or Hometown Hero you can qualify for an additional discount, just send us a message for an alteration. The room is in a 5 bedroom 3 bath single-family home in South Green Valley, Henderson only miles from the Las Vegas Strip. Our home includes a family room for hanging out and playing games, a kids play area with dozens of board games, a fully stocked Kitchen; central heat and a/c; fans; high-efficiency washer and dryer; A/C, back patio with a kids play set (up to 7yr old) & an Infrared Grill to BBQ and enjoy a nice cookout. The home is includes a large stainless steel refrigerator & freezer, Cooktop (natural gas), large capacity washer & dryer, high-efficiency toilets, & water heater. We don’t have a TV, but you can request a SmartTV with Bluetooth Headphones in your room for an additional $300. OR You can bring your own TV as long as you can use Headphones to watch so to not disturb other guests. If you have a TV in your room, yours or ours, there is a utilities fee for $1/day for the entirety of your reservation to cover the additional electricity. There is a projector & screen in the living room for movie nights. The kitchen is a shared area, you will have access to dedicated dishware color coded to your room, and pantry space and a refrigerator that has designated space for you. During your stay, you can enjoy complementarity: High-Speed Wi-Fi (200+ down/20+ up), Netflix, and coffee/tea every morning. Guest access Most of the downstairs is open to guests. BATHROOMS: There is a downstairs bathroom that is primarily intended for use by the downstairs guest suites, though other guest and your hosts may occasionally use the toilet (not the shower) in an emergency. The Upstairs shared bathroom is intended for upstairs guest suits 'Summit' & 'Ocean'. 'Outback' has it's own bathroom. KITCHEN: You have full access to the kitchen. All pots, pans, dishware, silverware and cooking utensils, and designated pantry shelf and space in the Refrigerator, all labeled for your convenience. DINING ROOM: This area is used for eating as well as playing games. PLAYROOM: There are dozens of board games, dozens of personal development and business books for your pleasure. There are also toys for our daughter, if you have family or a child with you they're welcome to play with them. LIVING ROOM: You can lounge about in the living room to read a book, study, or enjoy other quiet activities. This is also where the movie projector is located for movie nights. LAUNDRY: Washer - We have a high-efficiency dual load washer. You can put a small load (usually a single day's clothes) in the top or a full load in the bottom. Dryer - This large load dryer can usually dry the contents of both the top and bottom load of the wash at the same time. BACKYARD: We've got a large backyard with a kids play set (up to 10yr old), & fruit trees, as well as patio furniture and hammocks to enjoy. During your stay This home is mostly remotely managed, our house manager checks on the house every 1-2 weeks and is available to come in the case something comes up. While we're in town and staying on site as long as we're not working we always enjoy good conversation, and are avid board gamers and always happy to play in the evenings. Other things to note The house is equipped with smart devices and a high tech security system. All rooms have a G-Home device you can use to listen to music, check the weather and news, or play white noise at night to get some sleep. The front door and garage door automatically lock and require the August App to get in. You will not have access to the garage. You can receive Food & Package Deliveries to the front door through services like UberEats/GrubHub/PostMates, Amazon PrimeNow/Fresh (For Groceries), Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and other package deliveries. For any questions please send us a message on the app, we will answer you as soon as possible. Our off-site management team will work to resolve anything online immediately and anything that requires a member of our team there within 24-48 hours. Our house manager comes most weeks on Tuesday to check on the house, do a bit of clean up and to take care of the trash. Typically our cleaning team comes, once every 4 to 6 weeks, to fully clean the common areas, and bathrooms. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. There’s a NICE park, Library, and rec center nearby. There's a 24 Hour Fitness (0.7 miles) with a Gym, Hot Tub, Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, and more with your membership. There are two movie theaters. One is 2.3 miles away, the other is 6 miles away. Whole Foods is 2.5 miles and also delivered (with an Amazon Prime membership) The Sandford-Brown college, Culinary institute Las Vegas, and Henderson School for Criminal Justice are all within 5 miles (10 to 15-minute drive). Green Valley Golf course, Wildhorse Golf Course, Sunset Park, Costco, Community Colleges, and the Airport are all about 10-15 minute drive. We have almost every type of restaurant whether you're in the mood for Pho, Burgers, Thai, Indian, Sushi, or anything in between you can find it within 5 miles.
