The space Our comfortable apartment is located in "Haus Baltic" (built 1994) at August-Bebel-Str. 5, Sellin (arrow), about ten minutes from the beach and the famous Sellin pier (see local map). It has a floor area of 32 m² and has a balcony (with morning sun). The apartment consists of a combined living-bedroom, which is equipped with a pull-out sofa (unfolded 1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a foldaway bed and can accommodate 3 people. There is also a separate kitchen, bathroom and storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped with the usual kitchen appliances (including microwave and oven), kitchen towels, wipes, sponges and dishwashing liquid. In the living room you will find cable TV and a radio. Wi-Fi is free. The apartment includes an underground parking space and a basement room where you will find bicycles that you can use free of charge. Linens and towels are included in the price for a booking period of 7 nights or more. For fewer nights you can bring everything yourself or for € 12 per person you can find bed sheets and towels.
