The T3 type apartment (65 m²) is located in a secure residence, a 3-minute walk from Saint Jean de Bordeaux train station. The accommodation is fully furnished, equipped and tastefully decorated, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The space A modern and spacious kitchen, open to the living room, awaits you for small moments of pleasure, it is equipped with everything you need: oven, stove, fridge, various small appliances and utensils. The living area in the design spirit welcomes you in a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, all linen is provided and plenty of storage is available. The apartment has a balcony with a small terrace, perfect for enjoying the good weather in the heart of the city. Parking space included. BICYCLE STORAGE available for guests, please let us know when booking if you need it. CHARGES INCLUDED in the rental rate: water, local charges, building maintenance charges, condominium charges, internet and TV. A visit from our staff is scheduled once a month, in order to change the white linen (bed linen and towels). The departure cleaning fee is mentioned during booking. CHARGES NOT INCLUDED: Electricity costs - the apartments are equipped with an individual meter. The invoice based on actual consumption is to be paid monthly. During the rental period, housekeeping is available upon request, for an additional fee: €15/h. The invoice must be paid on site during each intervention of our team. Guest access MOBILITY LEASE RENTAL: For a period of 1 to 10 months, it cannot be renewed. Reserved for travelers in one of the following situations: vocational training, higher education, apprenticeship contract, internship, engagement in the context of a civic service, professional transfer, temporary assignment in the context of their professional activity. FILE: To be eligible for a mobility lease, the tenant must provide A VALID IDENTITY DOCUMENT as well as a PROOF of their eligible situation. This may include: - Student: school certificate or student card. - Vocational training: certificate of enrollment in a training course. - Internship: internship agreement. - Apprenticeship: apprenticeship contract. - Transfer or temporary assignment: certificate from the employer specifying the duration and nature of the assignment. - Civic service: contract or certificate of commitment. An amount of €500 is required to cover any damage, loss of keys or objects. Payment must be made no later than 72 hours before the check-in date, via the Airbnb platform. A message will be sent to you to pay the requested amount. In the absence of payment, the reservation may be canceled in accordance with the terms and conditions. Don't worry, this amount will be fully refunded to you after checking the condition of the premises upon departure, if no damage is found. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: - Prohibition of any non-regulatory activity, under penalty of cancellation of the reservation without refund. - The payment schedule must be respected, no late payment is tolerated, under penalty of cancellation of the reservation. Banking deadlines must be anticipated. - Respond to damage and losses incurred during the term of the contract in the premises of which he has exclusive use. Any damage/or absence of items mentioned in the inventory will be invoiced and will be deducted from the amount of the deposit. - Immediately inform of any loss or damage occurring on the leased premises, even if no apparent damage results. - Pets are not allowed. - The accommodation is non-smoking. A fine according to Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 will be charged in case of non-compliance. (Amount of the fine: €63) - The rental of this accommodation is exclusively reserved for residential use.
