A main room with a 140 cm bed and a seating area (convertible sofa bed 160 cm). Located in a quiet area close to both nature and the city center: hiking trails along the Sèvre and in the nearby countryside; bus stop in front of the house allowing access to the city center in 20 min. Close to shops. No dogs The space NON-SMOKING. The accommodation can accommodate a couple with 1 or 2 children (in the main room, a 140 cm bed, plus a sofa bed, 160 cm). Check-out desired before 11 a.m. for long stays, better suited for a single person or couple. The installation of a desk is possible for teleworking. Guest access Parking in the small square, in front of the accommodation, free of charge. Other things to note At your disposal: milk, coffee, tea, chocolate, biscuits.
