Funny and very quiet house for 3 peoples max Air conditiooner groundfloor only. Garden lounge. Poitiers 10 mn, Roman Art, Castles, St Savin Abbey, Futuroscope 20 mn. House adjoining ours, completly independant. Closed parking. Shared garden area designed for you with table and desk chairs. The space The accommodation comprises on the ground floor of a large room of 35 m2 , living room with sofa bed , a kitchen, a bathroom and toilet . On the floor, on 20 m2 you will have a separate bedroom for 2 people and a loft . The access to the floor is not suitable for youngs children or people who have difficulty climbing the stairs . The house is offered for 3 people maxi, so they find comfort there is an ideal space for one couple and one great child. Outside, a small terrace equipped to allow you to access our garden. From there you can cool off and relax at the "Summer Lounge " arranged in a flower arbor. Chairs and barbecue available. We are 3 minutes in car from the village where you can find supermarket, bakery , newspapers ... A bus for Poitiers and Chauvigny Guest access Arrival 4 PM, departure 11 AM Other things to note The house is not handicap accessible. Sheets and towels provided.
