The space The unit is in a good location located in Sheridan South Towers, walking distance to Robinson Pioneer Mall, and other restaurants and convenient stores. 10-15 mins to Megamall Ortigas 10mins to BGC 15mins to Makati 15-20mins to Mall of Asia, Pasay City. The unit: 1 Bedroom with Bunk beds (Double size each) and 1 single pull out bed. Couch Small Dining table 32 Inch Smart TV Cabinets Shower Water Heater Kitchenwares : 4.5 ft Fridge, Rice Cooker, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Plates, Glasses, spoon and fork (no cooking allowed but only reheating of food) Toiletries : Tissues, Towels, Dishwashing liquid, bath soap, soaps, shampoo. ***please consume ONLY what is enough during your stay and leave other supplies for the next guests.*** We do not have washing machine due to space limitation but there is a paid laundry station with free pick up and delivery for only P35-P40/kilo. Fast speed Wifi and a Telephone Free Call within metro manila landlines ONLY. Any mobile calls during your stay will be charged penalty if $30 or Php2,500. This will be checked upon check out. Bathroom : With Shower water heater, with shower glass enclosure, big mirror, videt and toiletries provided. Roof Top area can be used for your guests and family where you can eat take away food or simply have sometime to chat. Lobby Area can also be use to accommodate your guests. Please take care all appliances and things inside the unit as it is your own. Pls dispose your trash in B1 level upon check out and wash used dishes. Strictly : No Smoking in the unit pls and no cooking. Guest access You can also use common areas like Roof Top and Lobby area with nice tables and couch for comfortable seating. For monthly tenants, we can provide free pool access subject to approval. Other things to note The space is limited thus dining area or table is small, no washing machine but there is a laundry service that provides free pick-up and free delivery for only P35-P40/kilo. The place is new and we are still trying to fill-in more appliances as necessary. Please let us know if you need parking space we will try to help, but cannot guarantee, as parking is subject to availability. There are parking slots in the building or nearby.
