This charming and traditional apartment is situated in the heart of old village within the car free zone (in a small and quiet street that crosses Zvonimirova main street in Baška) where you can feel real rhythm of life in Baška and its relaxing atmosphere from every nook and corner of the place you are staying in. The hause is more than 200 years old and is protected, among others, as cultural heritage by the Ministry of Culture of Croatia. The space The hause is entirely made of stone, wood and natural materials and is newly renovated five years ago. By keeping the charm of and old place, the newly restored elements have infused the apartment with freshness and light, and some details were kept that reveal the apartment's old and precious history. The two rooms are stretched on two floors, and the thick walls protect you from the summer heat offering a natural cool atmosphere. It is equipped with all appliances that make the modern living easy and comfortable: Wi-fi/internet access, flatTV with lots of channels, air conditioner, microwave, coffee machine, water heater... The closest beach is only few steps away from the house, as well as market, restaurants, coffee bars etc. Our apartment is a perfect match for guests who want to open themselves for experiencing what life is really like when staying in a small and charming place, and who appreciate the apartment's traditional design that sometimes can turn out to be a little bit unsuitable for young children or elderly persons (eg.tiny traditional spiral stairs inside the place). Guest access Guests have access to the entire place. Other things to note Our guests are free to leave their bicycles or any other sports equipment at the property. During the stay, our guests for all thair belongings are insured against accidents or theft in our accommodation.
