Traditional house between sea and mountain The house, 220 m², is located in a village overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Florent, and has - on the ground floor: a large 80 m² living room, 5 m high, with living room, dining room and kitchen, an extra bedroom, walk-in shower and separate toilet a wooden terrace and a swimming pool complete the garden. - on the ground floor: 3 double bedrooms, a children's dormitory, bathroom with toilet. The house is in digital detox mode (no TV or Wi-Fi). The space The dry stone house of about 220 m², is located at the top of a mountain ridge in a very quiet village overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Florent, 15 minutes from Saint Florent and its beaches. The house is a renovated old farmhouse (wine press and hayloft), with: - on the garden level: A large living room of 80 m² and 5 m high under ceiling including living room, dining room and American kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, a stove with 4 gas burners and 1 electric oven, a microwave microwave, a dishwasher. An extra bedroom, An Italian shower and separate toilet. - on the ground floor (1st floor of the house): 3 double bedrooms, A children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 1 crib (movable) + 1 bed complementary trundle, A bathroom with toilet, and washer/dryer. - in the garden, you will find: A wooden terrace of about 100 square meters, surrounding the house and overlooking the valley and the Cap Corse range, not overlooked. A stone terrace, in the immediate vicinity of the pool. A 27 m² swimming pool with safety awning, (water treated by salt electrolysis) with shower. Each of two terraces has garden table and chairs. Sun loungers and a barbecue are also available. Hiking trails are accessible directly from the house, with access in particular to the ridge of Cap Corse through the Col de Saint Antoine. The house is in "digital detox" mode, and does not have internet or TV. Recharging electric vehicles is strictly not allowed. Kitchen linens (tea towels, potholders) are provided. Linens (bedding, towels) are not included but are available at the rate of €20/bed to be paid directly on site to the person who will welcome you. Guest access The whole house will be accessible to you except a locked room on the ground floor, next to the extra bedroom. Other things to note The safety curtain must be closed at all times (day and night) and is only opened by an adult. The pool can only be opened and used under the supervision and responsibility of an adult. The pool safety curtain must be systematically closed as soon as the last adult leaves the water. Use of the pool remains the responsibility of the tenant.
