Designed with entertaining in mind, this family friendly property is filled with plenty of retreat areas including indoor and outdoor spaces. The space The social spaces of the villa include an air-conditioned living/dining area and kitchen area, with a covered terrace with sofa. There is a fully equipped bespoke kitchen with quality appliances such as well-sized fridge, oven and stove for those who want to cook, a dining table that seats 8 pax, and a breakfast bar for more casual affairs. We are family friendly: The villa is a great place to have a family trip or getaway. Parents can chill and watch their kids play in the garden or the swimming pool from all the living spaces. The villa can be totally locked up for safety reason. We don't have many slippery surfaces and most of the bedrooms are upstairs, with 2 bedrooms sharing one bathroom. An extra bedroom is located downstairs for those who need more privacy. We could also provide a baby cot on request. This breathtaking contemporary home offers a perfect interior combination of modern comfort and traditional material such as Batik cement tiles, made up by local artisan, providing a great balance of style. Natural light is welcomed through large glass doors and windows, with one leading out to the garden and the pool. The tropical landscape gardens surround the outdoor decking and a 10 meters long overflow pool, which makes it a perfect zone for entertaining. Unobstructed rice paddy views from top floor bedrooms provide a great feeling to unwind. Guest access The entire villa is yours for exclusive and private use. The villa is available for 8 guests (adults and kids combined) maximum and 1 baby with complimentary baby cot (booking required). Please note that we are offering 1 extra guest at extra cost (using a foldable single bed). Other things to note Feel Extra safe: We just want you to have this extra feeling of ‘’nothing can happen during our holidays’’. 0ur cul-de-sac has a security guard for the complex of 5 villas, from 3pm to 7am. We have a washing machine should you choose to wash your own clothes or laundry station is available 500 meters walk from the villa on main street. One high quality safety box available in the property. Digital nomads or people in need of a decent online connection: we have your back! Fiber optic WiFi is onsite, with 100mbps. Bonus feature : the water system is installed with a water filtration softener, very convenient as Bali water is often hard.
