Small 35 m2 vacation home in a small quiet village 12 km from Semur en Auxois and Montbard. Private courtyard with barbecue, table and garden chairs. Sun loungers. River nearby. The space the rental is an old bread oven that we have completely renovated ourselves. the bed is equipped with a duvet. the coffee maker, classic, with its filter. Other things to note Sheets and towels are not provided for weekly rentals. The price is extra: 10 euros for a 140 set and towels and gloves for 4 euros per person. Cleaning must be done before leaving the premises. If you don't want to do the cleaning, it can be done for you for the price of 50 euros. These additional fees are to be paid on site.
