When you first walk in, you are in the expansive entryway. The first floor has a large living room, billiards room, and adjacent sitting room, dining room (sits up to 14 guests), two 1/2 bathrooms, a renovated kitchen with breakfast nook and separate sitting room, and a gym with an infrared sauna. Access the second floor via a sweeping staircase with 2 story stained glass window or an elevator. There are 6 spacious bedrooms, each with their own attached full bathroom, including 4 CA king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 double bed to comfortably sleep 14 guests . It can accommodate a few more people on the Queen futon and air mattresses in the closet. Maximum number of overnight guests is 16 persons (14 at overnight price plus $50/person for guests over 14.. The outside of the house has dedicated parking, an immense front porch that can easily fit 50+ people, a walking path to view the landscaped grounds, and year-round blooming flowers and trees. The private courtyard in the back has a patio with outside seating, a Weber BBQ grill, and a pond with fish, lotus flowers, and a soothing waterfall. Please note that the property has 3 buildings. 1) The Airbnb rental is in the former grand mansion building and is for your EXCLUSIVE use. The building is 10,000 square feet and also has 4 apartments with a separate entrance. 2) A large U shaped building that now house 14 luxury apartments and 3) a cottage. The apartments have their own driveway, parking, and entrances. FYI, when not rented as an Airbnb the house is lived in full-time by the owner.
