Seating on a large 6500 Sq/ft lot, this 3 bedroom Victorian house is quaint on the outside and artistically decorated on the inside. Perfectly located on a quite street yet in a close proximity to all that Denver has to offer. With plenty of street parking right in front of the house, and easy access to I70 it makes it for a uniquely easy location to get around. Build in 1895, it has an old charm but functions like a newer home with over 1200 square feet of space, with lots of windows through out and 3 separate doors leading in to various sections of the private yard. it has central AC/heating with additional electric fire place. Streaming with warm natural light by day and ambient dimmable light by night, that will help adjust the mood of your liking. A cozy living room, with various percussion instruments, games, for you to enjoy. A desk if you need to catch up on work while enjoying wonderful daylight, and a sitting area if it's time to sit back and relax. There is a very large fully stocked kitchen, with all necessities you might need, as well as a coffee machine, french press, and complimentary coffee. The clean full bath with shower/tub is located off of the kitchen, which makes access easy from any part of the house. Towels and hand soap provided. Wireless high speed internet, a laundry room, with washer and dryer, ironing board, extra towels, blankets, etc. There are total of three bedrooms, two bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds, clothing racks and chairs. And a third large entertainment/studio room/bedroom. It has a little office area, a futon converted in to a full size bed, as well as a second futon that can also convert in to a full size bed with a portable memory foam mattress, note: (it will only be prepared if requested up on booking). An electric fire place during winter months, for that extra cozy comfort and warmth. It comes with a wardrobe closet. Office space with chair and a desk, large HDTV, I do not have cable, but I have roku, external speakers, you may also plug in what ever devices you have via hdmi cable, or your music in to external speakers. It has two large windows as well as a sliding glass door that leads outside to the back yard and a patio. It can be a third master bedroom, hang out room, as well as a work/office space. Please note: When booking your reservation please be sure to include the total number of guests that will be staying, so that there will be sufficient beds, blankets, pillows, amenities, towels, etc. No parties, large gatherings or events are allowed at the property. The property is located in a quite neighborhood, pleas treat it with respect. There is no smoking in the house, please smoke outside, there is an ashtray in the patio sitting area for your convenience. Thank you.
