Papamoa Beach - entire guest wing near the beach!

You'll have your own area in our spacious home at the end of a quiet cul de sac with off-street parking, a short distance from the beach, shops & restaurants. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary drink. You have your own entry, sunny bedroom (bed has a near new mattress), bathroom (incl bath, candle & bath oils) & dining room with a continental breakfast provided & coffee from a pod machine. A microwave & toaster are available. Checking in outside of 3-5pm is only by prior approval. The space Please note that due to our gas califont (which heats the hot water in our home) being located above our bedroom in the ceiling space, we ask that guests kindly do not have showers or use hot water after 10pm at night, and before 6.30am in the morning, as the noise from the califont wakes us up. Please only book with us if this is not an issue for you. Thank you :) Laundry facilities are available for a small fee ($5 for the washing machine & $5 for the dryer) to cover water, powder & power. Boogie boards are available to take to the beach and Table Tennis is also available for guests. Please let us know on booking if you'd like the table tennis set up for you to enjoy during your stay. Please note that we can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. Extra visitors are not permitted to stay, including babies & children (or pets). If your booking is for 1 person, please check with us before later including a second person in your stay. As the Bnb is also our home, we like to know in advance who will be staying. NO GUEST OR VISITOR IS PERMITTED WITH GANG AFFILIATIONS OR INSIGNIA. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. Read what some of our guests have said about our accommodation: “5 stars all round. No evening checkins. You have your own access to your area, and will enjoy plenty of privacy as your area is closed off from the rest of our home. We ask that you please personally give us the key to the Bnb before you leave, so that we can check that nothing has been left behind. It also avoids guests leaving with our key. Other things to note Travelling in a campervan or with a trailor? We have plenty of parking space to fit your camper/trailor (small to medium sized) while you enjoy your stay here. Our Bnb is very convenient for those attending sporting/expo events at the Trustpower Baypark Stadium - a short drive away along the motorway. Check-in is between 3 & 5pm. We may be able to be flexible with your check-in time - but please check with us first. We generally don’t accept check-ins later than 6pm. Please let us know your approx arrival time at least a day before arriving to help us be able to plan our day and to avoid you arriving & no one being home. Check-out is strictly by 10am to allow us time to prepare for the next guests.
