Beautiful recently refurbished top floor flat situated between Bournemouth and Boscombe. We decided to use advertise on here to share it with people that want to experience Dorset and explore its hidden gems. The flat is 10 minutes walk to from beach, 10 minutes walk to the town centre and it’s amazing bars, coffee shops and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to Boscombe and 5 minutes walk to the train and bus station. 10 minutes walk to the local Asda and 5 minutes to the local Co op. The space The third floor flat is recently refurbished throughout with original wooden flooring in the lounge and low pile carpets throughout which is useful for people that have an active beach based lifestyle. The lounge is large, light and comfy with a large sofa - able to accommodate 4/5 people. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, kettle, electric oven and hob. Some would say it’s small I describe it as “compact”, with baking trays, chopping boards, cooking utensils and white goods. There is also a washer dryer available for your use. Both bedrooms have double beds and wardrobes as pictured. There is storage space for bags / cases and a vacuum cleaner underneath the ottoman bed in the master bedroom. An iron and ironing board are also available for your use. Although everything will be clean on arrival, fresh linen and towels can be found in the wardrobe draws. The compact bathroom is also recently refurbished with an electric shower and glass screen. The bath is also fully functional. Smart electric oil filled radiators also installed throughout for your comfort. My fellow home owner neighbours are friendly and quiet. Please note that both of my neighbours that reside on the 3rd floor are young families. My next door neighbour hosts when I am unavailable and will check you out when you depart. Guest access Access to the flat is via a secure communal door to the building- keys will be provided when I meet you. Other things to note There is no WiFi - however the is a TV available for use in the lounge.
