The space All of our extended stay apartments (including unit #10) have been recently remodeled and furnished within the past few years. This 1-bedroom/1-bath apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The layout is an open floor plan with LVP flooring, newer cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a full-sized fridge, a stove/oven, a built-in microwave, and all-new fixtures. Once you are in the apartment, there are no additional stairs/steps; it is all on one level. There are two onsite laundry rooms - one located on each floor for your convenience. The parking is free and unassigned, and there is never a problem finding a parking space. You can park in the lot behind the building or in front of the building anytime. The exterior of the building is well-lit, and we have 24-hour surveillance cameras set up. We have a maintenance team to take care of you and the apartment. This is your home away from home, and we want you to feel comfortable. Just inquire, and we will get right with you to get you booked. If you need flexible terms, don't hesitate to ask, and let's see what we can figure out. Guest access You have full access to the apartment. Also, on each floor, there is a laundry room for resident use only. Other things to note Most of our residents are traveling nurses, medical professionals, visiting Linfield professors, or contract employees who are temporarily living here to serve our community. We also have a lot of folks here exploring the area, or who have just sold their home and are waiting for their next home to be built or purchased. No matter your reason for staying here, many folks have found that being a part of our quaint, vibrant downtown greatly enhanced their staycation or exploration of the area. The McMinnville Historic Downtown on Third Street is just a few blocks away, with award-winning restaurants, pubs, and shops, with year-round festivals, art & wine-walks, and a seasonal farmers market. There is always something to do here. Here is a review from an extended stay guest that says it all. Anita and her crew, Dana (cleaning) and Joe (maintenance) were fabulous and prompt. Anita is an amazing and effective problem solver and is extremely responsive. The location of the apartment is just a couple of blocks off the charming main drag (3rd St.) in town and close to good restaurants and shops. Try La Rambla, it's a great place for drinks and tapas.
