Family home between town, countryside and sea

Ideal for one or two families, our house is located in a small village close to basic shops and close to Rennes (15 min by bus). For nature and animal lovers, we have a garden of about 700 m2 with a chicken coop (you will have to feed the chickens but you can of course enjoy the fresh eggs!) . The space Renovated for the past 2 years, it is a very functional house and designed for the family. Games, garden, amenities, you will have all the comforts you need. In addition to the chickens, you will meet Kiki, the cat, adorable with the kids and sleeps in the garage. Animal lovers and eco-friendly are a must! For food lovers, you should find something to please you (barbecue, robot, ice sheet, waffle iron, screcker, fryer, ...) all or almost there is everything and available to you! If the weather is cool or just for fun, you can have a fire in the stove. For your information, 2 of the bedrooms upstairs are adjoining (you have to go through one to go to the other, the one in the back usually being dedicated to the little ones). The master suite is on the ground floor and is about 25 m2 (bedroom with queen size, dressing room and sde). The bedding is good quality everywhere (under 5 years). A 40 m2 garage serves as a back kitchen, workshop and sometimes a smoking lounge. We have renovated our house to the sweat of our forehead, so it is not perfect (some walls may not be quite square!) but it looks like us: simple, cozy, functional and made for the family: young and old alike! Guest access The entire property will be available. We will book only one room, the attic, which will be doomed, to put some of our personal effects there. Other things to note For rentals for 1 or 2 days, we will leave our personal belongings and will not always be able to provide towels for all (up to 5-6 people). Beyond that, we will free up spaces so you can settle in at your convenience.
