Hotel-Like 3BR near The Venice Grand Canal Mall

Our luxurious, sophisticated, newly interiored hotel-like 3BR family home is located at Caruso Tower, The Venice Luxury Residences. Walking distance to the famous & most romantic city, reinvented at Mckinely Hill - The Venice Grand Canal Mall. The Venice Luxury Residences incorporates Venetian architecture and landscapes. Our home originally has one maid's room which was converted into a playroom and mini-library for your kids and kids at heart. It has wide balcony, utility and laundry area too. The space The Living Room Sleek upholstered and tufted seating pieces make the living area extra inviting and perfect for family bonding and get-togethers. It showcases a high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling glass windows that let the natural light stream into the space. These two elements add to the airy and spacious feel of the home. It features also our sophisticated center table from Decor Manila and 65-inch smart TV (SONY) with Netflix and cable. We also have DVD player and some DVD's for you to enjoy plus the unlimited access to wifi. Meanwhile, the lighting fixture adds a chic and sophisticated touch. This 119 sqm condo features a spacious living area with access to a beautiful balcony furnished with grass carpet, customized all-weather center table and lovely heart swing. The Dining Area Presenting our high-end and customized dining table where eight people can sit comfortably while enjoying meals. Lighting fixtures and modern pendant lights from Decor Manila too. The area features our floor to ceiling glass panels with decorative wall as focal point. Two tufted soft pink accent chairs and newly painted console table with lovely decors added the hotel-like feature of the dining room. The Kitchen Our clean and fully-equipped kitchen has a built-in Indesit electric stove, oven & hood, 7 ft Electrolux refrigerator, Baumann Rice Cooker, KitchenLuxe Electric Kettle, Microwave, SABATIER compact and expandable dish rack, 12 pcs wine glasses, Corelle dining plates, salad plates, bowls and mugs at 8 pcs each, 8 Gourdo's red charger plates, 8 gold placemats, utensils (spoons, forks, teaspoons, bread knives, serving spoons and forks, KitchenAid 6 pc kitchen tool set (which includes euro peeler, ladle, slotted turner, slotted spoon, basting spoon, and can opener), Modern Chef Kitchen Knife Set (5" Utility Knife and a 7" Santoku Knife). These knives feature a non-stick coated blade that will allow you to cut with ease. Practical, these knives include a blade cover for easy storage. We provide kitchen towels, rug, paper towel, dishwashing liquid, hand soap and dish sponge too. :) Please note that the kitchen does NOT have a dishwasher. Guests may help themselves to coffee and snacks. We use a "pay it forward" pantry system -if you didn't end up using that box of pasta you bought, please consider leaving it for the next guests. The Master's Bedroom This room is my favorite as it is very spacious, so private and features a high floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking a great view and the end part of The Grand Canal Mall. It has the luxurious and high- end king size bed from SB Furniture decked in fresh beddings, 2 euro pillows, 4 king size pillows and 3 decorative pillows. Beside the bed at the left side is the comfy and cozy long bench which is the best spot for late night reading. Guest access Guests can access all amenities which include gym, jogging path, tennis court, and playground for free. But for the swimming pool, admin requires to pay Php 250/head. Other things to note House Rules : Here is a gentle reminder of the house rules. Thank you in advance for respecting them. 1. Upon booking or one week before your arrival, the guests have to provide a copy of their identification documents (passport or any valid ID) and vaccination records. Pls take note that this is not intended for personal use, but in compliance with the building's policy. No documents, no entry policy. 2. No smoking inside the unit. It is ONLY allowed at the balconies but please dispose your cigarette butts properly. Do not throw your litter on the grass carpet as it will become stinky. Keep the area clean after smoking. 3. Remove your shoes. There's a shoe cabinet upon entry where you can store all footwear. 4. No pets allowed. 5. No parties, no drinking, and no overnight guests. We do respect neighbors' privacy so excessive noise is strictly prohibited. However, we allow visitors during daytime. 6. If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. 7. No eating at the bedrooms and living room please. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help. 8. Kindly turn off all appliances, cooking range, oven and 4 AC units when you leave home, when not in use and upon check out. Let's conserve energy and let's think about safety. 9. DO NOT bring the dining chairs at the balcony please. DO NOT re-arrange my furniture also. 10. Books and toys are available at the kids playroom. Please take good care of them and arrange them properly after using. 11. Kindly bring all your garbage at the basements (B1-B4). Nobody will collect them for you so please dispose your trash at the proper trash bins. 12. Lastly, please take care of the unit as if it is your own and have an enjoyable stay!
