Welcome to our Mid Century Modern Home. This is a very unique residence that we are thrilled to share with others. We are close to the Erie Zoo, Peach Street, I-90, I-79, Lecom Health, Millcreek Mall, Erie Downs & Casino, Splash Lagoon (all within 5-7 minutes) & about 3.5 miles to Lake Erie. Our home is full of eclectic style, artwork and an abundance of character and can easily accommodate 8 guests, more than 8 please contact us. Pets do live here but will not be in the home during your stay. Mid-Century Modern sprawling eclectic home located within the city limits yet sits on a 6.25 acre plot of land. Enjoy the wooded and garden views out of any one of the extra large South-facing windows that almost every room has to offer, or if you prefer, use the screened-in porch or either of the patio areas. Our home can easily accommodate 8 people. Please note: We do not have kids but they are welcome. If you love to cook our kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for large groups. When our home is not booked we love to entertain and have worked hard to make all our guests have the best time while visiting. If you have more than 8 people please contact us for booking approval. Sleeping Arrangements Master Suite: 1 King Size Bed & Futon Spare Room: 1 King Size Bed & Chaise Parlor: 1 Sofa Sleeper (Double) Basement: 1 Twin Size Bed The great room and basement also have two large couches that can each easily accommodate an adult. Need more beds? Ask us about an air mattress. If you are looking for a smaller space for a lower price (but you will have some common areas with us and potential other guests) we offer individual rooms in the home as well. Sleeps 3" You will have access to much of the home's living space (approximately 3,000 sq. ft.) within the home. The art studio, office, dressing room, garage and in-law suite are private. We allow guests to have full use of the kitchen, all linens and bathroom supplies. We do not allow fires in any of the fireplaces that are wood burning unless pre-approved by us. Parties are prohibited and will result in vacating the property. We are happy to interact with guests personally. Phone calls, texts and emails are welcome as well. At times we may be present on the property in another private area (in our in-law suite) and love to meet new people, give suggestions and help. You won't even know when we're here, though. Safe, quiet, historic neighborhood within the city limits. Beautiful tree lined streets and an abundance of unique architecture. Perfect for bike riding, a run or a stroll. Close to stores, shops, the highway, the Bayfront, Presque Isle State Park, Waldameer and other attractions. Car, Bike, Uber, Lyft or Bus stop just around the corner. Come here just to stay at this residence. It’s one of a kind. We have had many visitors tell us it is the most amazing home they have ever been to! This booking is for no more than 8 guests (contact us with questions, there are exceptions). NO parties! Quiet time is enforced. If rules and guidelines are not followed we will ask you to leave. Pets do live here but will not be present during your stay. We clean constantly but you may find some fur here and there. If you are interested in early Check In and/or late Check Out we charge $25.00 an hour. Sometimes this isn’t possible due to other bookings but just ask.
