Schlitterbahn and beach access are 15-20min, and Port Aransas is 30-40min away. License #305388 The space Our coastal home is open and comfortable, with a bar separating the kitchen from the living room. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower and laundry room, and the master bath has a shower. We have built our own La Serena Bar and Grill downstairs under the house, for your entertainment and enjoyment! Guest access You have access to our home, and the canal behind our home. Other things to note We ensure our house is clean, and our housekeeper uses products to thoroughly disinfect all surfaces. We follow the AirBnB guidelines for cleanliness, and have made the AirBnB pledge to ensure you feel safe in our home. We do use normal cleaning products, so if you have a sensitivity to chemicals or strong smells, please let us know at booking and we can switch over to something more natural.
