DESIGN apartment with beautiful SEA VIEWS

My name is Luca, I'm an architect and I completely renovated this apartment to be close to my friends. I named it Leonardo's in honor of my dog. The apartment has: a double room with a king size bed, a loft with two twin beds (that can be joined), a living room, kitchen and a private terrace with southern exposure from where you can enjoy the sunsets and the ocean view. The apartment has community pools, a tennis court, a supermarket, and restaurants nearby. The space The apartment is fully thought out, renovated, and designed to be enjoyed. Everything you'll find is what I use for my stays in Fuerteventura. The APARTMENT, which is on the first floor and is accessed by stairs, is entered through the living room. From this space you can access the private terrace, loft, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. In the LIVING ROOM, there is a table with 4 chairs and a comfortable sofa with a chaise longue to enjoy the views of the terrace or watch the 50-inch Samsung LED TV. Unlike other apartments, the WIFI I have installed is for the EXCLUSIVE use of the apartment and is a 600 Mb SYMMETRICAL OPTICAL FIBER from Movistar, thanks to which it is possible to telework, videoconference or use the SMART TV with maximum speed and stability. The living room leads to a beautiful PRIVATE TERRACE with a table, chairs, and a bench for six people. The terrace has beautiful ocean and Corralejo Dunes Natural Park views. On the terrace there is also, under a triangular awning, a comfortable extendable clothesline where our laundry dries in less than 3 hours. The KITCHEN is equipped with: induction stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle and sink. It also has everything you need for cooking, from cutlery, pots, crockery, glasses, and mugs. The BATHROOM consists of 3 spaces so that 3 people can use it at the same time: in the center is the sink, on the left is the shower room and on the right is the toilet room. From the toilet you can access the washing machine, which is equipped with an ecological ball to do laundry without having to buy washing machine detergent. The toilet is also equipped with a hygienic shower with hot water for personal hygiene. The DOUBLE BEDROOM has a 180x200 KING SIZE BED with a ceiling fan (which will cool you down on Fuerteventura's mild nights) while the loft is equipped with two 90x200 single beds that can be joined to form another 180x200 KING SIZE bed. The two spaces are separated so that you can sleep with more privacy. To rest and support our backs well, all the mattresses I bought are viscoelastic and FLEX brand (all the pillows are also orthopedic). All sheets are 100% cotton and towels are all white cotton. The apartment also has blankets in case it gets too cool at night. The apartment also has shower soap dispensers, hand soap and dish soap to prevent you from having to go buy them, save money and respect the environment more. It also has hairdryers. Guest access Oasis Tamarindo is one of the best complexes on the entire island because it has 3 saltwater pools, a tennis court and many green spaces that surround all the apartments, creating a tropical paradise atmosphere. In a very quiet residential complex that is about a 15-minute walk from downtown Corralejo. Other things to note I've been spending a few weeks in Corralejo for years to rest and designed this apartment to be comfortable for me and my friends. It's not the typical tourist apartment, but the apartment of an owner who shares it. I really hope you like it and that everyone takes care of it as if it were their own. I love animals and that's why they're super welcome in my house. I've bought a trough and a feeder so you don't have to bring it or if you've forgotten it you don't have to buy it.
